I had the pleasure of working closely with Sid on our DevX program. Sid led the initiative to introduce integration tests and unit tests in our inner loop, significantly improving code quality and reducing debugging time. His strategic planning and execution of journey-level integration testing in the outer loop further strengthened our end-to-end testing processes.

I have worked with Sid at Circles for 6+ months. We collaborated on enhancing the Agile operating model and improving team productivity levels. Sid is an exceptional team player, creative and has added valuable insights throughout his stint as program manager. His ability to assimilate diverse perspectives from product, engineering and operations teams, crystallizing them into actionable ideas has helped bring effective delivery outcomes.

I worked with Sid in Virtusa on a couple of occasions. Sid is extremely sharp, logical, has a great sense of humour. He is a very honest person with a no nonsense approach and very calm in the middle of chaos. I found him to be a very effective leader: we both stepped into a difficult project when all hell was breaking loose and he managed the situation very well.

I have worked with Sid over the last 2 years both as a recipient of the products developed by his team and on a number of major pre-sales opportunities. I have found Sid to be a very conscientious and capable colleague, always willing to go the extra mile to deliver products against tight deadlines, both for client project work and regulatory deadlines. Sid has worked extremely hard to re-organise and implement common processes to the regulatory development team in an often challenging environment.

Being the Head of Delivery, he is efficient and result-oriented. He is able to manage the task and lead his team to fulfill every milestone in quality and on time. No matter how difficult a task is, he can assign the task accordingly and successfully complete the monitoring and guidance of the whole process till the end.

He is trustworthy and willing to help others. Working with Sid is the happiest and luckiest thing in the company, because when I came across problems and trouble at work, the first person I would like to ask for help is Sid.

My experience working for Sid revealed him as a manager whose effectiveness was established upon a hands-off approach and results orientation. I consider Siddharth as a thinker and one who can appreciate the business case of whatever he does as his professional delivery. The brief interaction I had with him clearly made me realize that Siddharth is a personality very different from so many people whom we meet as part of our professional interface.

I have always found Siddharth to be a very accomplished, multi-talented and a committed person, who has the ability to make even the most mundane of jobs interesting for a person. He is also very good at managing crises and has helped Virtusa in turning around many projects that were in the Red. People with his kind of technical, functional and managerial skills are rare to find.

Siddharth possesses the exhilarating and enviable combination of the attributes of unconventional thinking and an ability to build lasting relationships quickly. He has the urge to see out new vistas and revel in transforming the atmosphere around him. I have this image of Siddharth wherein, if a new or challenging product or engagement or technology were to be built, he would be the natural choice for leading the initiative.

Siddharth is a very effective leader as a project manager and an architect. He took over a project that had serious problems when about 68% of the scheduled time and budget had been consumed and worked closely with the client and led the team to resolve issues, regain the client confidence and deliver the project on time and above expectations receiving over a 4 in a rating system where 5 was the best.

Sid is a uniquely talented solution architect with a terrific combination of business and technical skills combined with excellent consulting and facilitation skills. I have enjoyed working with him on several occasions.
